The start of each school year can be stressful for parents who struggle with buying their children school supplies needed for the year. To help alleviate some of the financial burden, BOLD Foundation donates school supplies each year for Chatham County students that need them most.
This year, BOLD Foundation donated school supply kits to more than 120 students in grades K-5 along with bulk items for the entire school to use. These items included notebooks, tissues, pencils, highlighters, and additional essentials for student success!
The BOLD Foundation team was greeted at the school by Principle Giles and the staff who helped distribute the supplies.
Following the donation, Chatham County Schools gave BOLD Foundation a heartfelt acknowledgment, "A huge thank you to the BOLD Foundation for their generous donation of school supplies! They made supply bags with each grade level's supply list for students in need along with a year's supply of Ticonderoga pencils for our entire school."
